We are looking for Accounting and Payroll software with source code, Dot Net, SQL Server, C# VB or Delphi, and if it can run either desktop or web based is a plus. If anyone has researched such software, I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd share what's available, what you chose, and what you think of it.
