My clients with overseas suppliers wire the money to them. Shop around for the wire fees and consider opening a separate bank account for that purpose with the bank with the lowest fees.

Of course, there are ways to put the payment on a pre-paid visa card, and they can use it or get cash off of it. That's an options too.

Thanks alot. After exhaustive research on the subject, here are my findings.

Best Option: Mail 10 paper checks from USA to other country in one evenlope. Combining all the checks into one Fedex mailer envelope saves the most money. About $50 total cost to pay everybody.

Second Best Option: Wire transfer money to one account. International money transfer costs only $30 for Citibank customers. Thus, wiring money to 10 people would cost $300 with citibank, or $450 with most other banks.

I have called many prepaid card companies and none allow for a prepaid card for people living overseas. I called about 20 companies.

There are some expensive options for "international payroll". I did not pursue any detail on these.
