Hello, I am having some problems with Simply Account. I "think" I posted 2 items as credit notes about 6 months ago, and it's now come back to haunt me. (I say that "I think", because I can't remember, and I don't know for sure what I did.) Here is what I know for one of them: My aged vendor report show a negative owing of $62.91. My General ledger shows the following: Account 1060 Bank .Journal Entry#590 Credit 62.91 .Journal Entry#591 Debit 62.91 .Journal Entry#592 Credit 62.91 Account 2100 Acct Pay .Journal Entry#590 Debit 62.91 .Journal Entry#591 Credit 62.91 .Journal Entry#592 Debit 62.91 I can't find journal entry 592 in the Purchases Journal, or the General Journal. When I go to the Payments journal, I can find a negative payment waiting to be paid. (-$62.91 is owing.) The Payment Journal show this item has an invoice number of "CN-April 8", yet I can't find this invoice number in the Purchases Journal. (I searched by price, journal entry and supplier.)
