This is the Institute of Management Accountants official website, they have a lot of information that will help answer some of your questions, examination fee is $165 per part and there is additional fee charged for taken the exam at international site, $25 I believe last time I checked. As far as review courses I don't know if the American University in Cairo still offering them or not, but you have also Becker.com, gleim.com, Bisk.com they all offer online review courses and home study program as well and I think it will cost you somewhere between $500 to $900 for all 4 parts. In my opinion I think it will be very helpful for you if your goal is to work for an international corporation in Egypt or in the Middle East in general and there is 100s of them, please also check if you meet the educational requirements to take the CPA exam, it's harder but I think it will be even better and good luck to you!
