Unemployed, Section 30 question, want to learn Oracle or SAP or Hyperion

I am unemployed at the moment, and I wanted to take a course to improve or add to my accounting skills. Anyway, does anyone know of any accounting courses that would have section 30 approval? I would enjoy learning SAP or Oracle or Hyperion.
