I have made a graff of all my financial waste and bills a month and wanted to see if someone here would give me some advise for my finances. I make $4,000 a month in realestate yet always seem to be broke. please someone help.

I don't want to click on your link. But simply don't spend more than you make. It's simple like that. Either increase your income or lower your expenses. Better yet, do both.
This is SPAM. This link is to a video site where they give some kind of prize for the person who gets the most page views for their home video each month. This person is SPAMing all over to try to win this month.
