Hello!

  1. I am looking for a newsgroup for Peachtree - I see there are not many posts here and an wondering if there is a different newsgroup with more traffic and how to get there.

  1. My real question!! My wife - who is the pt operator at our small business - tells me ther is not way to list out inventory by dollar amount - the one we have the most dollars in first and then down. She tells me we have to go to Excell to do this. I say hoooooeee! Help me PLEASSSE!

this is the only newsgroup that I know of. There is a yahoo eGroup called Peachtree (what a shock!) that is not very active either. The most active site is the Peachtree users forum. It is a message board format and very active. You can get to it here:

I'm afraid your wife is correct that the Peachtree reports can not be sorted by amount. One possibility is using Crystal reports to generate your report. I have not used Crystal reports with Peachtree but I have used Crystal reports in the past. It is very powerful and might accomplish what you are looking for. The forum that I listed about also has a sub forum dedicated to CR so you might post your question there too.
