12 Button touchscreen limit too low for high throughput customers

The current limit of 12 buttons is fairly restrictive in busy environments such as Bars and Catering where throughput can be hampered by additional clicks to the menus.

One solution would be to scale the interface to allow up to 40 buttons (4 Rows of 10) and thus improve through put.

Steve there is an add-on which will do this for you available from RMSynergy. If you are in the US you can get it from Positive Technology If you are in the UK you can get it from Davidson Richards If you are in Ireland you can get it from me :)

Yes RMS should do this but it will not be changed for 2.0 and the hospitality module does not just add this functionality but covers multiple bills per table etc.

We have developed a new user interface for RMS which allows the user to have as many buttons as is practical on the screen, users can also re-size them, colour them etc. We have also re-desinged a transaction screen.

Please contact me for further details.

Does your add-on address the absence of a gratuity field for payers using credit/debit cards?
