add mobile phone cell for customers

I agree.

We have used the Custom Fields for both Cell & Work #, but they rarely get filled in by my sales staff and I can understand why: they're on a separate tab.

Cell phones have become so ubiquitous that a Mobile Phone field on the Billing Information tab would be *really* nice.
