Customize Invoice Add a phone number

Your phone number, or the customers'? What version of QuickBooks?

I have that licked:

I created a custom logo and saved it as a .JPG file. It includes a logo, my mailing address, phone and fax numbers, and website address.

I then imported the entire .JPG file into the custom logo in QB and set the program to NOT print any company information. It is all there in the .JPG file. Problem solved.

You can use a program like MS Paint, but I used Corel Draw and saved the file in the appropriate format. I believe you can also import .GIF or .TIF file. These are all standard Windows bitmap formats.

Even better, design logos, extra comments, whatever, print it on blank paper. Prepare invoices on this pre-printed form.

if you want the customers telephone3 to show on the invoice you can add it to the customer bill to or ship to field and it will permanently print on that customers invoice.

sorry not much advice on adding the credit card info on the customers invoice...short of putting the credit card # on the memo line and then printing a statement as it will show the memo line on the statement.

You can't add the existing Customer Telephone field, but define new custom fields and you can add them to your invoice template.
