Ability to Make Customers/Cashiers Inactive (not deleting them)!

It would be great to be able to remove unwanted customers and cashiers from RMS without having to delete them. Consider this scenario:

1) You fire an employee so you want to delete their Cashier login...but you don't want to delete it because then you can't see all of their sales so you can't investigate any more for theft.

2) You also want to make sure the employee can't recieve their employee discount so you want to delete them from the Global Customer list...but if you do then you lose all of their purchase history!

Yes, i know that there's ways around this like unchecking the "is an employee" checkbox or changing a Cashier's password and still leaving them there but this is annoying. It would be better to be able to make them inactive so that they are out of the way and things are less confusing but you could still save their sales history.
