We are having an ongoing problem with our account balances not agreeing to the sum of the outstanding ARs. This is cuasing us a major headache and disrupting our business as we need accurate information to vollect bad debt and advise our customers of their outsanding balances. Our partner says it is a microsoft bug and no fix exists. We operate about 1500 customers in RMS. Has anbody else had problems with this as microsoft say it has never been previously reported.
