Does any one if a PO number (originally entered as a POS transaction comment) can be added to statement.xml? I would like to add it in a separate column or as an extention of Details. Thank you in advance...

You need to change AccountStatement.Activities.Details to AccountStatement.Activities.FullDetails this will print the Transaction Comment for each transaction.
In order to modify the Statement.xml file it is best to first make a copy of the file and rename the copy to something else i.e. FullDetailStatement.xml, then right click on the file and uncheck ReadOnly. Then right click on the file again and choose Edit. Save the changes. Open SO Administrator --> File menu --> Configuration --> Templates tab. Press the magnifying glass next to Account Stmnt, you may have to locate the Receipt Templates folder then choose your newly created Statement xml file. Press OK, then restart SO Manager if it is currently open. Try reprinting a receipt.

My mistake, what I had you do was add the TransactionEntry Comment, this comment is achieved by highlighting the Item at the POS and pressing Ctrl-F10. I believe what you are doing is pressing Shift-F9. In order for this to work you need to use Ctrl-F10 Comment NOT Shift-F9 Details.
