We were able to remove "Minimum Payment" but are unable to remove the amount part ($0.00). How can we do this? We would also like to do the same for "Credit Limit" and "Credit Available" along with the corresponding amounts. We would also like to remove the cash register logo that is printed alongside our name and address on the statement. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Matt
