Revising Statement template

I am trying to modify the statement template so I can use pre-printed letterhead. I want the RMS assigned return address to be deleted. I have been able to eliminate the logo from the printout but am having problems with the return address being eliminated. Also in the AR Activity, I only want to show the invoice charge line and not all the details below (such as all items on the invoice, etc.). How can I edit the template to eliminate the "details" and only show one line on the statement showing the invoice number and invoice amount? I'm no an xml expert but have notebook 2007 and am trying to figure out what to eliminate to meet my needs. Thanks, Robert.

You can download a statement with no transaction details from Customer source.

Eliminate the store address by removing Configuration.StoreName, Configuration.StoreAddress, Configuration.CityStateZip and Configuration.StorePhone from the 'Stub' portion of the template.

Do you have access to CustomerSource?

Go to downloads & updates, reports library, Microsoft Business Solutions-Retail Management System, Microsoft Retail Management System... Uh, maybe not.

I don't know if it matters, but do you need the HQ or Store Ops version?

The lines that look like this: "|" Configuration.CityStateZip "|Account Number:|" AccountStatement.AccountNumber

Should end up like this: "||Account Number:|" AccountStatement.AccountNumber

I think.

See the attached files. The 'testStatement' version has even fewer details than the other, but I sometimes get strange formatting with no apparent rhyme or reason to it. Out of 800 statements, maybe two or three will be

100% bold italics or something.

Open the report in a text editor. Not in the Built-in editor in Manager.
