Hi All, One manager wants to have emails automatically sent to him. This should happend whenever any probabilty of an opportunity of his business unit, changes. Can CRM 3.0 automaically pick this change in probability. If not then how can i get CRM 3.0 to automatically assign a different sales process for different units or products?
