I need to be able to validate entries on the Tender screen as they are being input. I see (in the customization guide) that there are hooks available at the begining and at the end of the tender process... does anyone know how to tap into events (i.e. entry of a gift card, check, coupon, etc.) on the Tender screen?

The system invoke your hooks before and after the tender screen.. not while input ..
with your hook, you can check the Tender collections and ask to cashier more inpus ...

There has to be a way to tap into the tender screen. I've seen other add-ins do it. I just can't figure out how it's done...
