Block a credit card number?

I know this is a long shot but I was wondering if there is anyway to block a specific credit card number. There is an individual who frequents our establishment on busy days and walks away with the signed copy of his receipt. About a month later we get the challenge and inevitably loose because we have no signed copy. He uses the same card every time, so I was hoping to block just that card. We are using PC Charge to process the charges. Thanks in advance!

You might want to check if PC Charge has a way of doing this. Call Verifone if its not obvious from the various menus. They might know a way to handle this. We also have been having this issue with a few of our customers. I now make sure we get back a signed receipt for each CC transaction. But it is a pain. Please post back if you find a solution.
