We are running RMS 1.2 and have noticed over the last month a number of customer missing when looked up they mostly seem to to be recent additions from the last few months there are some that are one or 2 missing then there are several with anywhere from 60 -130 in a row missing. there customer records are just gone the customer numbers are sequential and as a block they dissapear. the only other thing we have. noticed is several customers suddonly have duplicate customer numbers when corrected manually it seems a few days later the duplicate is back. We tried to manually recreate this and setup or change an existing customer number to match another and the software said the numbers have to be unique.
server is a windows 2000 server 3GB ram scsi raid 5 array MS SQL server 2000 sp4 average ram in use during operations is 1.7GB
the only other thing that changed recently was a customer rewards points program was installed back in october and they do have hooks to the customer database according to them they only run query's against the database and do not update or change any data.
