We have tried to use work sheet 250 at various sites to change the prices for items but the item changes do not flow to the Stores.
Would anyone out there have any fix for this.

I have tried to use worksheet 250 at various sites with version 1.3.1007 to change item prices from HQ but the changes do not flow to stores.

250 only changes Static (enterprise-wide) data like ILCs descriptions, etc. Costs, prices, and quantities (dynamic data) are not affected by a 250.
The purpose is that you can have different prices at different locations.
You should do a 304.
The 250 doesn't change pricing.
You should familiarize yourself with worksheets 305, 304, 303 & 302.
