Bug Report: Inventory Item Supplier Tab System Crash

Oct 04, 2005 5 Replies

Open an item for editing. Select the 'Suppliers' tab. through the window. The progression goes like this: 'OK', 'Cancel', 'Help',

*Run-time error '381': Invalid property array index

At this point you can click 'OK' or close the error message window. Either action causes unexpected program termination.

Terrible Tom,

This was fixed about 5 months ago and is included in Service Pack 3. That will bring you to version 1.2.0185.

If you are on M$ support, click on the link below to download Service Pack

Thanks for the info. Funny thing, I just got this software less than a month ago. My reseller has been hesitant to apply service packs right away, and now I'm wondering why...

Terrible,

Service Packs are tested pretty well, hot fixes are not.

I'm getting lots of such errors only I have Store Ops 1.3.0203

Would I be right to assume that the service pack would be poison for me?

Steve,

You wouldn't want that service pack, although there is a hotfix to 1.3.

What errors are you getting and when?
