Hi Steve, my PO template does not have the word 'confirming' misppelled, however if yours does you can easily change this by editing the PO's xml file in notepad. Simply search for the misspelled word, correct it and save, and you'll be good to go

The misspelling is in the: \Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates\PO.xml file

Open it in notepad and search for the misspelled word and correct it. then save the file.

Me too.

You can edit the file:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates\PO.xml

The error is about half-way down. Use notepad to edit it. Howver, you will have to go into the file properties first and uncheck the read-only property. If you don't know how to do this...

  1. Use windows explorer to go to: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates\
  2. Right click on PO.xml
  3. Click Properties
  4. Clear the checkmrk for Read Only
5.Click OK
  1. Edit and save the PO.xml file using Notepad or another text editor.
