We are trying to link Quickbooks 2007 to RMS after RMS has been up and running already. We have assigned account #'s on Quickbooks and set-up a new RMS A/R, RMS A/P and RMS Sales Tax on Quickbooks as previously mentioned in a prior forum message, but I am unsure how to update RMS with the new assigned account #s on Quickbooks. Unfortunately the G/L accounts on RMS were updated before #'s were assigned.

In STORE OPS, Go to UTILITIES (menu bar), then IMPORT QUICKEN. Uncheck everything except accounts and import.
This new accounts will be there now for you to select in the Journal/Assign GL Accounts area.
