Does anyone know what internal command RMS uses to look up the voucher detail (CTRL-SHIFT-F3). I would like to create a custom button for this.

Krista, You can try ShowSerialNumber, but that may work since a Voucher is just a special Serialized item. Otherwise there is no internal commands for vouchers. I could, however, offer you another solution. We have a small, cheap program that does nothing more than map a Custom POS button to a F key combination. If the internal command does not work out for you, and you are interested in our solution, please give me a call or drop me an email.
