Custom Button for Voucher

Jul 04, 2006 3 Replies

Is it possible to create a custom button for voucher? I tried to create a macro so that we can add a voucher item for a fixed value but the issue is how to allow for serial number. During the macro process, it can only pick a specific serial number. How can we create a commend that allows automatic selection of available serial number for a voucher? Also, how can we assign a macro to a Custom Button?

Thx for your help.

Are you using Touch Screen?

You can assign a macro to a custom button with the free AltKeys utility located here:

Simply d/l the entire contents of the AltKeys directory.

With regard to the 'auto selection' question, can you use the keystrokes 'Alt-L' to lookup the s/n and then to select the first available s/n folowed by another keystroke (or perhaps a to move the cursor from the Lookup button to the OK button? If you can do it without touching the mouse, you should be able to do it with a macro.
