We have a customer scheme and when we enroll customers we allocate them a number on a card and then later put them on RMS so when they are up the next time they can be selected and they get their discount level etc.
I want to pre-create a batch of custoemer numbers which can be used immidiately so collect sales information right from the first transaction rather than having to wait for them to be added to the system, can anybody suggest a way that i can create 1000s of customers with unique numbers with no other details on the profle so i can issue the card immidiately and quickly the first time the customer visits, then they fill in the contact card and i assign the rest of their details to their profile on RMS!
Are there any tools out there that allow for bulk edits of customers, moving price levels etc...
