The BILL TO and SHIP TO boxes (POS screen) do not display the COUNTRY.
We are a global economy right?
Please put the customer's COUNTRY with their address. Their phone number would be nice also.
Right now we have a work-around that displays the customer's country, email and phone number in the STATUS.htm area.
