Does anyone knows why RMS customer Info has a negative sales while all transaction made by the customer is all okay and no negative sales on his purchases. Because some of our client customer having this kind of issue. I try to trace the issue but I found good results on his transactions.
Please need help. Any suggestion or comment will be highly appreciated.

WE have now issues a suite of small fixes.
1- MiscFix.Zip > Corrects problems with assemblies. If you have at HQ and assembly with Item A & B. Later you change this to be items A & C. At store you now get Assmebly with items A, B & C. THere is a script to correct this > Quotation to expire after nnn days do not expire. This script takes care of that. > Negative visit and negative sales for a customer. Script to correct this. 2- At HQ if you have the same item in multiple assemblies you get the Item Value List overstating the value. If the items is in 3 assemblies you will see the same items repeating themselves as many times as they are in an assembly. Thus overstating the value of stock. 3- In VAT countries at HQ the report "Sales - Department Sales Report (Tax Inclusive).qrp" is missing from install CD. We have created this report and sending it to all customers.For this and other fixes that we have please feel free to contact me.
