I would like a customer comment info box where we can post INTERNAL comments about customers. Somewhere we can SEE it....not buried.
Like "Customer has returned several items- questionable. Limit returns!" or "Customer is a real jerk, handle with kid gloves" or whatever. An internal communication tool for employees.
There is a place for customer comments in the customer record but it doesn't appear anywhere so the cashier/sales rep can see it easily.
