Customization Guide

Looking over the newsgroup, I see that some people have access to the Customization Guide and aren't partners. I am requesting for someone to possibly send me a copy if they don't mind. I'm not doing this at the expense of current Partners, I just don't have the level of information as a current CustomerSource subscriber that I require to do business.



Also, my Partner is not very forthcoming. I wish to continue implementing and using RMs at my site. If someone has this resource would they be kind enough to forward this information to me?

Hello, we are also in a similar situation, though we are now registering to become a business partner to get around this.

But often this prcess seems like the chicken and egg, you cant become a partner unless you have experiance with RMS, and you can get the experience unless you are a partner.

If any one could emaila copy or link to db @ clfdistribution that would be a great help in the mean time!
