Firewalls blocking

My firewall is blocking the back office. Which file I should allow I can open my back office.

You'd have to describe 'blocking' in more detail...

Most software firewalls allow you to create a "Trused Network" using IP addresses & Subnet masks. for example: If your LAN is using 192.168.1.X, you would set up a trusted network using Address 192.168.1.0 and Subnet 255.255.255.0

This allows all traffic across the local network, but still blocks internet intrusions.
