How are other doing Daylight Saving Change 2 week sooner for RMS?

How are you working around this for your RMS by Daylight Saving Changing two weeks earlier and then how you handling the real time change?

I thought RMS ran off the system clock. I've just let automatic updates install the patch for the system clock in Windows.
