HQ Client Debug Mode

We are using RMS 1.3 with HQ in windows 2003 environment having four Outlets. HQ Clint of one store is showing Debug Mode with red alert and events information in HQ client are showing in very different format then normal communication information. Beside these data is communicating correctly. I am afraid if this would create some problem in future. Any one having this experience and how to resolve this issue?
