wrong Sale Amount

I am using RMS 1.3 without any hot fix. I am facing a very strange problem in RMS HQ. One of four stores is showing excessive sale amount on daily basis and after 4 to 6 hours sales figure comes down to the normal as actual. HQ client data upload timing is fixed after one hour for each store. I have checked at store level and HQ level but found nothing wrong which may cause this problem. Any idea or solution to resolve this problem. An earlier response will be highly appreciated.

Now the earlier mentioned problem becomes very worst because Sale amount in HQ is showing excessive then store sale amount on daily basis.

I am in a fix and don?t know what to do. I am deciding to synchronize the store database with HQ through synchronize worksheet is this right way to do so. Any suggestion please?

Thnaks jeff for your response We are using 1.3.0203. we are using this version for more then 1 year but never found any error. one store is showing excessive Sale amount and this problem is regularly coming and was started 4 days before. This is happening with one store only and other store?s data is perfectly uploaded and showing correct figure.

Any other suggestion/Help which may prevent us form this disaster.

you should upgrade NOW as there is a serious pricing bug in it.

Is there any way to delete wrong sale transactions and upload data again for those specific days having wrong sale in HQ.
