HQ and SO Communication

I am facing a strange problems in RMS, 1st, worksheets becomes unapproved automatically after approving it, We can check its approval status from the worksheet history.


2ndly,we have made many POs in RMS in couple of days but they are not communicated in Store or not even in HQ. I mean to say that according to RMS there are only 2 POs which are pending as "Not Placed" status, but actually they must be many.


3rdly Sales batches are not updated in HQ form SO



This may be problem of RMS Clint Communication problem but after investigation i did not found any problem,It is working fine.



Please some one have a look on this problem

Hello, In order to provide help we need to know - Since when r u using RMS HQ? How many stores ? How was the database for HQ created ? When did you see the errors happening ? Any recent upgrade ?

Here are some suggestions -

  1. Take a back-up
  2. Make sure all computers running RMS (HQ, HQ Server, HQ Manager, SO MAnager, SO POS, HQ Client...) on the same RMS version
  3. If not done yet upgrade to / apply the latest hotfix.
  4. Do a database reindex and check on the SO & HQ.
  5. Check the HQ clients for any errors in communication ?

You need to upgrade all your computers to RMS v1.3 before inserting the new

1.3 dongle. Maybe thats the reason for error. Do the following -
  1. Take a back-up.
  2. Upgrade all RMS software to v1.3
  3. Make sure all computers running RMS (HQ, HQ Server, HQ Manager, SO MAnager, SO POS, HQ Client...) on the same RMS 1.3 version
  4. If not done yet upgrade to / apply the latest hotfix.
  5. Do a database reindex and check on the SO & HQ.

i have upgraded all SO and HQ from RMS 1.2 to 1.3 but problem is still there, acctually communiation from HQ to SO is fine but all data is not comming from SO to HQ . Data which comes from SO like commited POs ,Sales etc ,is showing blank(only header is there and all data is missing).

Have any idea about this
