sales in not updating to HQ ( URGENT)

Hi,



We installed RMS HQ & SO Ver 2 SP2 with 8 stores .



Its working fine for past one year . past few days we come across some strange problems in 2 stores.


1st store sales is not uploading the data to HQ for past ten days , but worksheet 401 completed sucessfully (sales transactions are not moving to HQ) But inventory update are normally .


2nd store also having the same problem as above ,from yesterday the worksheet 401 starts working normally and updating the sales . But it updates only the current sales of the store not the previous sales transactions . Now past 8 days transactions still in store database .



Please advice how to move the store sales transactions to HQ through SQL Command .

I have seen this before and usually it is caused by an or global customer out of whack. The way I found this was by turning on the debug in the HQ client and then checking the log in the HQ client folder. After I resolved that, and most often it is an item entered in the SO and not the HQ, then I would run the 401 and everything would snap back in. Microsoft should check this, as it is often a problem. Are you guys listening? If anyone else has input on this I would welcome it too!

try running a backdated 401 W/S. should bring all your sales upto date in HQ
