Hi, We have created few Sales Rep in Store operation manager. But after they made sales in POS and connect to HQ client, we cannot see all the sales rep's name from HQ Report(Report-Sales-Top Performers-Top Sales Reps). Only we can see 2 sales persons name. In the place of other Sales Rep name we can see blank, but we can see the quatity of product they sold. If any body have a solution please let me know.

Sales reps are supposed to be built in HQ manager not SO. Try building them in HQ and then see if it attaches them to the sales. If not you'll have to run some scripts against both store and HQ db's. Don't delete the reps at the store just build the exact same info at HQ.
In an HQ enviroment don't build anything at store level except customers. Ideally this should be locked out when the store is set for HQ but it doesn't. You would be smart to set security and lock all this stuff down - I did.

My bad, sales reps and cashiers ar built at store.
You could try changing something on the records like the phone # and then watch for any errors during the 401 sync. The change will trigger an update to HQ on the next sync.
What ver. HQ and SO?
Are they showing up in the sales rep list in HQ mgr? - database, sales rep, (apply no filters).
