HQ is not Updating the Store Level Quantity Automatically

We are using HQ RMS 2.00 with 7 store locations.

I only one particullay when they sell any item at store level the store OH QTY dont get updated at HQ. We see a sales of that item in HQ when it was last sold but OH QTY stayed the same at HQ.

Today store is closed. So I sold one item at Store level and completed the transaction. Then connected the HQ client, logged in to the HQ and run a detailed sales report. Sales of that particualar is showing up in sales report.

Then i clicked in item and store quantity its shows that when it was last sold, it have a date of 1/4/2008. But quantity statyed the same. Before the product ATY of particular item was 13 at store and HQ level. No qty is 12 at store level but it still showing 13 at HQ with the latst last sold date.

Please help me to solve this problem.

First off, make sure that the computers' clocks are synced. I'm using HQ and unsynced clocks are a constant issue because of the way HQ and stores are updated.
