Hi, can someone help me..... I tried to synchronize a store with hq database, but it isn't working. Store id is in and machine is seeing the server. Customer is connecting over a wan, but when we try to connect we are getting an error "store and hq database is not synchronized"
All configurations are done correctly.
Please need help urgently.
