HQ Store Quantity Missing

I am running HQ 1.3 with 3 SO's. I have found some items that have only Store "C" listed in the "Store Quantity" and "Store Tax" sections of the item properties. I am positive that these items could not have been created in C's SO because it is the last SO that I installed and I have rarely used it as it is a warehouse that I haven't really worked on yet. Where did I screw up and what an I do to manually fix it? Thanks in advance.

Steve,

Are you sure that you created a 250 to send the info to the other stores? What may have happened is that the last store got the info from the store creation.

If you used an import program to create the data in HQ you have updated the Fixed data [which is why the item shows] but not created the dynamic entries. So when you look at the Store Tab you do not see all the stores. Probably see only the stores created after the items where imported. I have a fix for this. Contact me by email.

Sorry Steve,

I was on the road and had 200+ emails to go through. I have responded to your email now.

Steve & Jeff,

I am having the same problem as Steve. However when I look at the store quantity and Store Tax in Headquarters Manager they are both blank. Most Items have the ability to change the Store tax and quantities for all stores but a select few are blank. I used the Store_Operations_Import_Utility to import a lot of items into Headquarters. I'm wondering if this utility might be the cause of this problem. Also Steve I was wondering if Afshin has a good fix for this problem since your previous post you were in contact with him. I figured I would ask you since I know he can be extremely busy with Retail Realm. I also have 3 stores all using Store Operations Version 1.3 and 1 of those stores running Headquarters Version 1.3 Any help on this error would be appreciated. Thank you.

nt,

Make sure that your people didn't enter any item info at the stores. It can only be entered at HQ.

The SO Import Utility is _only_ for the SO package, otherwise it would have been called HQ Import Utility. I think Afshin has a fix for this too, otherwise, follow the instructions on how to create HQ and SO databases;

create a master SO database with as much info in it as you can | using the built-in routines of HQ, create an HQ database from the SO database | create a new SO database from the HQ database for each store
