Supplier is not updating at store level for Matrix item

Hello,

My client created a new matrix item, pushed it down to the store by running Wksheet 260 however when you look up the item, the root item number, aka Matrix, doesn't have a supplier showing

When you create a PO for the item you can't do it by Matrix since there is no supplier. You have to select each component item separately and add to PO.

She is running RMS 2.0.0116, for 2 stores and 2 HQ license.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your response but my problem is not that the supplier is not showing in HQ but it's not showing in the store level. When they create Matrix item in HQ and assign a supplier, the supplier name does not come up for the root or Matrix itself. Only the components have the supplier name. I think there is a bug with RMS where it is leaving out supplier name and only show's it for the item's components.

I'm not sure what you mean by why I'm posting my question here. Where else should I have posted?

Items | select the base/root ILC | change the Supplier | let HQ update the matrix | send a 250 for the changed items.
