With reference to the above subject, we implemented RMS Ver. 2.0 SP2 Build
2.0.0.123 in 7 Stores and 1 HQ. All the sites communicate to HQ through Dial-Up Connectivity. Global Credit Customer was created in HQ and populated to the stores. When the Sales & Payment for Global Credit Customer is done in Stores, only few transaction of these stores is updated in the HQ manager. Most of the transactions which belongs to global customer is not getting updated properly to the HQ manager. Also be informed that when the ARHISTORYMIRROR table in HQ Database is viewed through SQL commands, we are able to view all the transactions of this Global Customers But these details are not available when we try to retrieve through HQ Application.Please advise.
