Global Customer ( Very Urgent )

With reference to the above subject, we implemented RMS Ver. 2.0 SP2 Build

2.0.0.123 in 7 Stores and 1 HQ. All the sites communicate to HQ through Dial-Up Connectivity. Global Credit Customer was created in HQ and populated to the stores. When the Sales & Payment for Global Credit Customer is done in Stores, only few transaction of these stores is updated in the HQ manager. Most of the transactions which belongs to global customer is not getting updated properly to the HQ manager. Also be informed that when the ARHISTORYMIRROR table in HQ Database is viewed through SQL commands, we are able to view all the transactions of this Global Customers But these details are not available when we try to retrieve through HQ Application.

Please advise.

The issue is whether or not your 401 is completing correctly. You stated that you have dial up connectivity between HQ and Store. There is a possibility of several situations:

-timeouts

-connection schedules overlapping due to upload delays

You said that some of the data is coming through, so either there IS an interruption in connecting the db from store to store or possibly your global customers are not all configured the same way. Are there any differences in configuration between those customers with "whole" transaction details as opposed to those with "partial" details and those with none?
