All of my customers are global customers. They were added to the database through the Headquarters application, and downloaded to the individual stores through the HQ client.
Now I am looking at the customers from the Store Ops Manager. I cannot edit any of the customer information.
My user in Store Ops has "edit customer" rights, and I can add new customers, but once that new customer is uploaded to HQ, I can no longer edit it.
My store manager is going to need to change customer information, particularly the price level and discount. What am I doing wrong?
