Hi, does anyone know why the NOTES field is so small? Is there anyway to change that? We take a lot of notes on our customers and it's so inconvenient that this field is so small.

Just keep typing, its unlimited length.
Is there any way to edit the five text, five numeric, or five date fields shown on the Additonal tab from within the Global Customers screen in RMS Headquarters? When I am in Maintenance Mode, the Notes field is active, but these others are not.
In Store Ops, those fields become active when you setup a caption for them in the Configuration dialog, but I don't see any such thing in HQ. And of course, you cannot edit global customers from Store Ops Manager, only from HQ Manager.

We built a very simple addin that enabled these fields from the Store, but it was designed for a specific customer's environment. If the New West package doesn't meet your needs, contact me at the address below and we can discuss modifying our add-in to meet your needs...
