Notes from Customer Records disappearing

Periodicly notes in the customer records seem to be disapearing.

I am running RMS 2.0 SP1. Has anyone else had this problem or have any thoughts on it.

I have not been able to determine any pattern to the occurence. It seems to be sporatic a customer here then a different customer later on. Are there any limitations on the notes field?
