i am just starting to install RMS onto 38 stores and to begin am enabling Customer Management and HQ Client, to prove comms etc before committing to the full system The stores are jist using RMS to input customer details.
The customer details that the stores are creating are being uploaded to HQ as Global but the account number does not reflect the store ID all being
Anybody any thoughts???

The customer details that the stores are creating are being uploaded to HQ as Global but the account number does not reflect the store ID all being 000000 Also the Global Customer list reports all as branch 0
Anybody any thoughts???
