Global Customer List and Headquaters

Under the Global Customer List on our headquaters computer, we only have about 10% of our customers listed. Almost all of the customers listed on the POS in both of the stores are checked off as global customers.

Any explanation or a way to remedy this?

No easy answers for you.

The solution will probably involve looking at the SQL databases for both the stores and HQ, comparing ID #'s and names. Customer lists can be moved from one to the other, but it takes some careful filtering, because you can be dealing with customer history, customer AR and all sorts of records that you obviously don't want to mix up.

Do you have access to the Knowledge base? access to a MSFT support incident? it would be money well spent.
