I imported our global customer information from our old system from an excel spreadsheet using the sql manager import utility. I assigned the hqid and id for the global customers on import. Now whenever I try to change a global customers details such as credit limit, address, phone number, etc. it changes both the hqid and id. Is there any way I can prevent this? I really don't want to have to change customer details using sql all the time...

hi Brain I am not sure that you have also updated the "GlobalCustomer" field to 1 or not make sure this will also be done. then again try to do sync or whatever you are doing.
