Our issue is this; When local customer properties are changed to have them become a Global Customer, the change does not upload to the HQ database and therefore those accounts cannot be viewed globally, ie at other sites. Has anyone had a similair problem and if so how was it fixed. We are using version 1.2 with the latest service pack.
