issues with RMS 2.0110 HQ and multi stores environment

Dear All, good day I have the following issues with RMS 2.0110 HQ and multi stores environment -Discrepancy between store Qty, HQ Qty, and physical Qty o Some stores the HQ Qty = physical Qty and store Qty (store level) does not equal the Store Qty at HQ level, I have performed the full Item count WS and no news. o Qty at store level when generating Qty list Qty on hand does not = the physical Qty, but when generating item movement report Qty on hand = physical Qty. o At the item movement report I figured out an Unknown movement type, it may conducted at the same time of sales transaction and reduce the Qty on hand, or I could not track when it happen, what does it means. -Prices o Some items in some stores have zero prices; although at another store the same item have its price. Anybody have faced that before, I need a logical justification from the two points of view Business, and Technical.

Inquiry, does the RMS could view the historical prices to make prices analysis during a year in case of changing the regular price several times a year. Is there any Why, and Why not document Microsoft provided about RMS 2.0 as helping the partner at implementation? Do avoid issues like the above.

For the physical count, I intiated 501 WH (Request full item count), then I have checked the Items discrpancy report, then check it with the physical Qty at store, I figuered out the Qty not equal the store Database Qty, I did not run Task 190 (reconcilation) till I be sure the store Qty are equal the phyical Qty.

When I tracked Item movment at store or HQ I found some items movement type is Unknown some times - or + what does unknow movment means?. at the end of day physical Qty not equal store Database Qty, so no way of physical inventory count :)

By the way how I know about RMS service Pack releases what does it fix? The prices issues not at all store exported from HQ.

What I mean about price analysis, that I need to track the prices over the past year as I have changed my reular prices from time to time, so I need to figuer which prices increas my sales volum.

Does it make sense to use four years or two old document, I do not mean any thing I am just wondering. What I look for a troublshooting manual, as we surprised exactly as cutomer shocked of the rised issues,

step process. Run a 501 worksheet to request the info from the store, then a Task 190 to update the info at HQ after the 501 has been completed.
